The Learning and Development Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's learning and development initiatives. This role involves assisting in the design, development, and delivery of training programs, as well as supporting employee development and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in delivering live or virtual training sessions when necessary 
  • Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders, and analyze performance data to improve future training programs 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop written content that highlights key initiatives from Learning and Development and Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and rollout of an LMS program for ISSICORP's Learning and Development initiatives, driving its successful implementation and adoption across the organization 
  • Create engaging and effective instructional materials, including eLearning courses, video tutorials, manuals, and other resources 
  • Identify training needs by assessing learners, job roles, and organizational goals 
  • Use instructional design models such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, or SAM to ensure content is effective for learning outcomes 
  • Work closely with SMEs to gather relevant content and ensure the accuracy of training materials 
  • Create quizzes, tests, and evaluations to measure learner comprehension and effectiveness of the training 
  • Integrate audio, video, animations, and interactive elements to enhance learner engagement 
  • Adhere to accessibility guidelines (such as WCAG) and ensure compliance with industry standards (SCORM, xAPI, etc.) 
  • Upload and maintain training content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and track learner progress 
  • Continuously update instructional materials to reflect changes in processes, technology, and organizational needs 

Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years of training experience (preferred but not required)    
  •  Proficient in all MS applications  
  • Experience in training design 
  • Knowledge on use of LMS and other modes of training 
  • Knowledge of current online training platforms 
  • Experience in Content Development in different forms of media an advantage  
  • Excellent Leadership Skills  
  • Critical Thinking and analytical skills   
  • Creativity is an advantage  
  • Adaptability and flexibility
