The Learning and Development Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's learning and development initiatives. This role involves assisting in the design, development, and delivery of training programs, as well as supporting employee development and career growth.
Requirements
- 3 years training experience (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in all MS applications

Experience in training design

Experience in conducting Supervisor and Manager training and advantage

Experience in Content Development in different forms of media an advantage

Excellent Leadership Skills

Responsibilities
- Supports the Head of Learning and Development in all Leadership Development related tasks
- Supports implementation of new projects within assigned expertise
- Manage and monitor the Track Trainee Program of ISSICORP
- Create/supports development of operation and key processes to drive continuous improvement

Facilitates training for employees on all aspects of Leadership Development (Team Leads and Support Leads and Members Development)

Assist in follow-up training needs identification for Leadership Development
- Assist in Content Development specifically aimed for Leadership Development and Track Trainee Development

Evaluate learner and delivery of instruction. Conducts pre and post training surveys where applicable

Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external providers
- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery

Identifies gaps in training curriculum, amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment

Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed
- Prepares and submits daily training report to management team
- Coordinate with other operation support team for continuous improvement of staff members
