Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Proactively identify and source potential exporter clients within the Philippines through various methods (e.g., market research, networking, referrals)
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the company's exporter network
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing exporter clients
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients through email, phone calls, and in-person site visits
Conduct presentations and meetings to explain the company's offerings and value proposition
Gather necessary documentation and information from new clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Understand clients' business needs and objectives to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth
Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing client accounts
