ISSI Tech is looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist (IS) who is willing to specialize in implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms like Asana. Implementation Specialists lead the rollout and adoption of technology solutions in corporate environments. They will be responsible for configuring these tailored solutions to meet our specific needs, training users, and ensuring its effective use in improving operational efficiency and collaboration. In the course of the customer engagements, Implementation Specialists build impactful relationships with technical stakeholders and strive to become their trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle for new client
- Configure the SaaS platform to meet client-specific need
- Provide training and support to client user
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation
Must Have
- Experience implementing Software Solutions or SaaS Applications
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
